Meet the judges
When it comes down to the wire, choosing a winner is not an easy task.
We called on the expertise of the following three leaders in their field to be the judges for Win A Home Season 3. Our esteemed judges are Simon Bray from Private Property, Anne Roselt from Plascon and Stefan Antoni from ARRCC.
Simon Bray, Private Property CEO
Simon Bray joined Private Property in 2011 when the company bought a small estate agency software start-up. Their website, privateproperty.co.za has gone through a rapid evolution in the past few years and Simon has gained a deep understanding of the full scope of the business. As the CEO of Private Property, he understands property and the marketability of a home in the South African landscape. Private Property has brought a new level of convenience and desirability to one of the oldest industries on earth - finding your next home.
Anne Roselt, Plascon Global Colour Manager
Anne Roselt is Plascon's Global Colour Manager and when it comes to paint and colour trends, she's the best person to have on your side. Anne joined Plascon in 1999 and was part of the first ever Plascon Colour Forecast, a reflection of local and international colour trends released annually. She started the first colour magazine, Plascon Spaces, an inspiring collection of colour trends, beautiful interiors and step-by-step guides.
Stefan Antoni, ARRCC
Stefan Antoni is a professional architect that has played a part in some of the most jaw dropping designs in South Africa and abroad. He is a director at international architecture and design practice based in Cape Town, SAOTA. There was a need for a focused interior studio for the architecture firm and so Antoni Associates was founded, now ARRCC, with partners Michele Rhoda, Mark Rielly and Jon Case.
